Latest news from Converse Law

Ambitious local football club, Leckhampton Rovers FC, has completed a 21 year lease of the redeveloped sports pavilion and a licence of the playing field at Burrow’s Field, Leckhampton. Working in partnership, the club has developed two new football pitches, a cricket pitch and the pavilion as part of a £1m development project. Work to create two further pitches will take place this year.

Richard Spencer and the Converse team provided pro-bono legal services to the Club.

The new facility at Burrow’s Fields will allow the club to continue to grow and to expand its existing football provision. It also plans to start developing other sports such as cricket and recreational activities at the site.

Enzo Scognamiglio, Chairman of Leckhampton Rovers FC, said: “This has been a life-long dream for me. The facilities are absolutely amazing. They will enable the club to fulfil its vision of inspiring everyone to play and love sport. We want to thank everyone who has contributed to the project. Without their support it just would not have happened.”
